Shipping & returns

Where we ship

We ship physical orders to addresses in the United States only. Digital files can be bought from anywhere.

Processing time

Every kit and assembled tunnel is 3D printed to order. Orders leave our workshop within 5–7 business days of payment. If we expect a longer wait, we'll email you before we start, and you can cancel for a full refund.

Shipping rates

• Wakelab Desk: flat $12 for a DIY kit, $14 assembled.
• Wakelab Bench: flat $34 for a DIY kit, $44 assembled (a much larger box).
• Digital files: no shipping. The download appears right after checkout.

Transit usually takes 2–5 business days after the package leaves us. Tracking is emailed when your label is created.

Damaged or missing parts

If anything arrives broken, cracked or missing, email photos of the part and the box within 14 days of delivery. We'll reprint and send replacements at no cost, and you don't need to send the damaged part back.

Returns

• Unused kits and assembled units can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price.
• Please email us first so we can send return instructions. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item was defective or we sent the wrong thing.
• Engraved plaques are made for you and can't be returned unless they're defective.
• Digital files can't be returned once downloaded. If a file is broken or won't open, we'll fix it or refund you.

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 business days after we receive the return.

Order changes and cancellations

Email us within 24 hours of ordering to change colors or add-ons, or to cancel for a full refund. After printing starts we may not be able to change the order.
