Terms of sale

These terms apply when you buy from the Wakelab store. By placing an order you agree to them. If you have questions, email parkspatten@gmail.com before you buy.

Orders and payment

Prices are in US dollars. Payment is processed by Stripe at checkout; we never see or store your card number. An order is accepted when payment succeeds and you see the confirmation page. We may cancel and fully refund an order we can't fulfil, for example if a part becomes unavailable.

Made-to-order products

Kits and assembled tunnels are 3D printed in PLA. Small layer lines, slight color variation and minor cosmetic marks are part of the process and aren't defects. Dimensions and air speeds on the site are nominal and approximate.

Safe use

• Wakelab tunnels and test shapes are intended for ages 14 and up. They aren't toys.
• Incense produces smoke and a live ember. Use it in a ventilated room, on a non-flammable surface, away from anything that can catch fire, and never leave a lit stick unattended. An adult should be present when incense is lit.
• Don't run the fan with fingers or loose items near the blades, and unplug the fan before working inside the tunnel.
• PLA softens around 55 °C. Keep the tunnel away from heaters, hot cars and direct summer sun, and keep the ember clear of the plastic walls.

Digital files license

When you buy the digital files you get a personal, non-transferable license to download, modify and print the design for your own use, including use in your own classroom. You may not resell or share the files, or sell printed copies, without written permission. All rights not granted are reserved by Wakelab.

Warranty

Kits and assembled units are covered against defects in materials and workmanship for 90 days from delivery: we'll repair, reprint or replace the faulty part. The fan, power adapter and LED strip carry their manufacturers' terms. Damage from misuse, heat, or modification isn't covered.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that can't be waived.

Changes

We may update these terms; the version shown when you place your order applies to that order.
